30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• Electrical items must be returned within 14 days

How to Return

1. Contact our team via email or phone to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Send the item to our warehouse address with the RA number clearly marked
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and send a replacement at no additional cost.
