12-Month Warranty

All products sold by AutoParts UK are covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Premature failure under normal operating conditions
• Parts not performing to their intended specification

What Is Not Covered

• Wear and tear items (brake pads, clutch plates, bulbs, wiper blades, etc.)
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use
• Parts modified or altered after purchase
• Labour costs for fitting or removing parts

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Provide photographs or video evidence where possible
3. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 2 working days
4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund

Extended Warranties
